Positioning A High-Tech Corporate Space For Success
E-Closing is a customer-first kind of business—a trait we quickly recognized and admired about this technology services company. When E-Closing approached us about helping them to fit-up their new office location in Concord, NH, we knew our approach to customer service would mirror theirs: with an effective, thoughtful solution to position their team for success. In collaboration with the E-Closing team and THOSK Business Services, we designed a functional, engaging space for their growing staff and client base.
Designing for a team that prioritizes collaboration, we knew the all-hands gathering space was an important feature. We outfitted the room with a variety of seating options, including a banquette, bar-height community table, and lounge chairs. The graphic wall in this space showcases E-Closing’s corporate values.
The graphic mural in the reception area and accent column in the sales and marketing area also serve as focal points in this tenant fit-up project. Biophilic design elements, like the preserved moss wall art and wooden plank-like wallcovering in the reception area, welcome guests into a space that feels both high-tech and comfortable.
