Molly decided to launch her interior design career as a member of the Stibler team after observing firsthand Stibler’s strong, supportive team-based culture during an internship in 2011.
She is passionate about her profession because she loves the unique challenges and the variety each project brings. She utilizes the knowledge she has gained from over a decade of experience to create spaces that enhance the human experience for her clients.
Molly enjoys the opportunity to be both analytical and creative, working through each phase of the design process, from design development to construction administration, technical drawings to branding graphics, and ironing out all the details in between.
Molly balances out her career designing interiors by exploring the outdoors and going on adventures with her husband and two kids. Connecting with her family and with nature fulfills her and provides the creative inspiration that she brings to her designs.
