In 2017, we had the opportunity to flex our space planning and interior design expertise on a crucial project: building and designing the new Stibler Associates headquarters. Eager for the chance to treat ourselves as a client, we set out to make our 3,000 square foot space at Bedford Executive Office Park truly our own. The design team followed our design process of space programming, concept development, space planning, design development, construction documents and project administration. We worked closely with Cornerstone PDC, Farley White Interests and many of our valued project partners to construct an office that both enhances our workflow and reflects our values as a collaborative team of creatives.
Space programming requirements were a key focus. We needed a space that enables mobility and flexibility. Our space is designed to accommodate project team adjacencies, mentoring, and equitable distribution. An integrated design library and custom project carts also enable easy access to project resources whenever we need them. Multiple meeting spaces are readily available for collaboration. We opted to forgo private offices for a variety of private and semi-private spaces.
Overall, the design of our office blends our branding with biophilic principles, modern office trends, and professional best practices. The result is a space we’re pleased to call home—and truly proud to share with our clients.
